Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)
AHCA is the single state Medicaid agency within the State of Florida that administers Medicaid Waiver Programs and provides contract management for the Florida Statewide Quality Assurance Program. All federal Medicaid funding for the DD-HCBS Waiver is channeled through this Agency

Agency for Persons with Disabilites (APD)
APD is the agency within the State of Florida charged with development and oversight of the publicly funded service delivery system for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Agency for Persons with Disabilities works in partnership with local communities to support people with developmental disabilities in living, learning, and working in their communities. APD provides critical services and supports for customers with developmental disabilities so they can reach their full potential. The agency serves people with Spina bifida, Autism, Cerebral palsy, Prader-Willi syndrome, Down syndrome, and Intellectual Disabilities.
